  3. The invoicing process with lease companies was complicated and unoptimized.

  2. Optimization of the car repair process and preparation of cars before returning them to lease companies (cleaning the car inside, repairing minor damage, etc.)
  3. Review and significant improvement of the invoicing process (monitoring and increasing process efficiency)

Fleet management has been centralized and professionalized. The implemented changes allowed for effective resolution of invoicing problems. Jana Fleet Mobility has optimized and automated many processes, making them less time-consuming and more efficient.
